Lincoln McCoy
Welcome in and take a seat!
Unless you’re already sitting… then maybe stand up? Either way—hi, I’m Lincoln McCoy—a Creative Producer, Director, and Content Creator with a passion for bringing bold ideas to life through video and photo content. Whether it’s for commercial, social media, web, or catalog use, I specialize in crafting stories that connect with audiences and elevate brands.
I love the creative process—from that first spark of an idea to the final edit. I can visualize a concept, put it on paper, storyboard it, pitch the vision, align it with a budget, and rally a team to make it happen—on time and on point. There’s no mountain too high, and with enough creative problem solving, we’re getting to the summit.
My creative spark started early. Back in high school (2010), I jumped into the world of comedy improv, and I kept performing through 2018. That love for quick-thinking storytelling, combined with my background in broadcasting, led to a beautiful and chaotic phase of wielding cameras, rallying friends, and producing comedy sketches and short satire shows for local TV. Were they good? Not a chance. But they lit the fire.
After college, I dove headfirst into sports production—trial by fire style. I started as a logistics coordinator and quickly moved up, coordinating national broadcasts for ESPN, CBS, and the Big 12. I soon had opportunities to produce live content, like the NBC Paralympics Friends and Family broadcast, site-manage Phillies Spring Training, and tech-manage the Dan Le Batard 24-hour telethon. Eventually, I stepped into a Product Manager role, partnering with major clients like ESPN, CBS, and Omaha Productions to conceptualize, pitch, and budget full-scale productions.
For the past two years, I’ve been lucky enough to combine my love for media and the outdoors as a Producer at Bass Pro Shops. As one of only two producers handling all video and photo content for a multi-billion dollar outdoor brand, I’ve led shoots from boats cutting through morning fog to lifestyle hikes, women’s apparel catalogs, product features, and fishing and hunting campaigns. I’ve written scripts, built storyboards, directed crews, and managed every kind of budget—finding creative solutions on both quick-turnaround and large-scale productions. I even had the chance to co-produce for a Super Bowl commercial.

Today I work as the Marketing Director for a company that builds modular adventure vans and commercial vans. I oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand strategy and campaign development to hands-on content creation and management. My role includes producing and managing social content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, as well as shaping the story and experience on our website to connect with customers and grow the brand.
When I’m not behind the camera or on set, I’m usually trying to make my wife laugh (she’s my toughest audience and my best friend). I’m also the kind of person who’s always got a new creative hobby—whether it’s painting, whittling, podcasting, or noodling around on the guitar or banjo.
If you’re looking for a Creative Producer who can bring big ideas to life, let’s connect. I’d love to help tell your story and make something amazing together.
